Parts Counter Supervisor
About the role
Milton CAT is seeking a Supply Chain Management professional with a focus on efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will join a growing team and participate in an extensive training program covering Milton CAT's products, internal systems, and operational methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and develop warehouse/parts counter personnel and operations to drive efficiencies and promote excellent customer service.
- Actively monitor inventory, ensuring proper inventory control procedures are in place and followed, including cycle counts, location availability, inventory adjustment reports, WMS to ERP balance, etc.
- Support Supply Chain Management processes such as orders, receiving, stocking, pick/pack, store transfers, shipping, inventory management, etc.
- Learn and coach the use of electronic and technology tools (WMS, ERP databases, scanners, etc.)
- Support company practices and policies regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and appropriate business conduct.
- Communicate and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with counterparts at other branch locations.
- Lead by example in all safe work practices and verify assigned personnel are knowledgeable and following such practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required, or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
- Experience in supply support systems (automotive, heavy-duty equipment parts, or similar industries preferred).
- Focused, strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.
- Availability to travel to other branch locations or cities for training.
Pay
$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.

Full-time position.
