About the role
The Customer Service Parts Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing parts ordering, receiving, and inventory at a single location. This position involves processing Purchase Orders, reconciling invoices, overseeing parts obsolescence, and ensuring proper inventory levels to maintain customer uptime.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inventory and parts ordering
- Process Purchase Orders and Supplier Invoices
- Ensure parts received and properly recorded into inventory
- Oversee parts obsolescence
- Ship warranty and parts returns to vendors
- Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness
- Contribute to cost containment through effective parts processes and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED required
- One year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent detail-oriented practices and acute attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy required
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills required

Pay and Schedule
- Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $25.00
- First Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
