We are transforming Viova into an independent business unit with its own leadership team, aiming to expand into adjacent dealer services and automotive verticals. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a product that already works and is poised for significant growth.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and scale Viova's channel and reseller ecosystem. This role involves building the partner ecosystem, identifying, qualifying, and onboarding partners, driving commercial impact through partnerships, and supporting partner sales enablement.
What You’ll Do
- Build the partner ecosystem
- Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across various categories (DMS providers, automotive tech platforms, dealer groups, reseller networks)
- Develop and execute a partner sourcing strategy aligned with Viova's expansion roadmap
- Drive commercial impact through partnerships
- Collaborate with partners on referral programs, reseller agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and joint go-to-market campaigns
- Support partner sales enablement
- Coordinate integration delivery
- Manage relationships and governance
What Success Looks Like
- In the first 90 days: map the ecosystem, establish partnerships, and set up CRM and documentation
- In 6 to 12 months: produce qualified dealer leads, contribute to revenue, and explore adjacent verticals
Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS or automotive technology
- Demonstrated experience working with dealer groups, OEM networks, or automotive technology companies
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple integration workstreams
- Builder mindset and ability to create and refine partner programs, playbooks, and processes
- Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations
- North America based, with the ability to engage with dealer group decision-makers and automotive tech partners
PREFERRED
- Direct experience in automotive retail technology: DMS platforms, service scheduling tools, automotive CRMs, or OEM technology programs
- Experience selling into or partnering with multi-rooftop dealer groups or automotive service chains
- Familiarity with fixed operations workflows, service scheduling, BDC operations, and service advisor processes
- Experience working with marketplace or platform ecosystems where integrations drive distribution
- Familiarity with modern CRM and partner management tooling (HubSpot or similar)
- Experience in a high-growth or early-stage SaaS environment
