About the role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and run our influencer and media partnerships program.
Responsibilities
- Find, evaluate, and close partnerships with finance and accounting influencers, podcasts, newsletters, and media platforms.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals, buy ad placements, and determine which partnerships are worth pursuing.
- Write ad copy that resonates with the target audience and measure the effectiveness of the spend.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or media buying.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial instincts.
- Ability to analyze ROI and make data-driven decisions on budget allocation.
- Experience with fintech, finance, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience with podcast or newsletter sponsorships specifically.
Qualifications
- Comfortable being scrappy in a build-from-scratch role.
- Existing relationships with finance/accounting creators or media outlets.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
