About the role
The University of Tennessee is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Partnership Coordinator to join the Brand Partnership team. This role supports the overall mission and goals of the University of Tennessee campus and supports the execution of corporate sponsorship activations on campus. This Partnership Coordinator plays a key part in bringing partnerships to life in meaningful, visible ways for the university community.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute corporate sponsorship activations on campus
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors
- Coordinate logistics for partnership events and activations
- Ensure all partnerships align with the University's strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote partnerships across the university community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event management or partnership development
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education or similar environments is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles
