About the role

The Indy Fuel and the Fishers Freight, both based in the greater Indianapolis area, are seeking a Brand Partnership Account Executive to drive sponsorship revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship deals for game-day activations, digital assets, signage, and custom partnerships. - Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national brands to meet revenue targets. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to execute sponsorship deliverables. - Analyze market trends and fan data to identify new opportunities in sports and entertainment. - Attend games, events, and networking functions to represent the teams (some evenings/weekends required).

Qualifications

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in sports sponsorships, media, or advertising. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals with a hunter mentality. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Passion for sports and understanding of the Indianapolis market is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field preferred. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
