About the role

We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our Partners Personnel team in Greensboro, NC. The position is based at a client facility in Kernersville, working first shift Monday‑Friday, with flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lite industrial recruiting (a plus)
• Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus)
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Daily reports management
• Managing KPIs
• Weekly time clock and attendance management
• Payroll processing
• Daily walk‑throughs
• Safety observations
• Working with supervisors/managers to troubleshoot and re‑assign associates as needed
• Troubleshooting associate needs
• Attending meetings with management when necessary

Requirements

• Onsite Supervisor experience in staffing (a plus)
• Recruiting for a production facility
• Excellent customer service skills
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Understanding that this is not a remote position

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.

Schedule

First shift, Monday‑Friday; flexibility required.
