Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lite industrial recruiting
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Daily reports management
• Managing KPIs
• Weekly time clock and attendance management
• Payroll processing
• Daily walk-throughs
• Safety Observations
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
• Troubleshooting associate needs
• Attending meetings with management when necessary

Requirements

• Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing (plus)
• Recruiting for a production facility
• Excellent customer service skills
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Bilingual Spanish and English

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 annually, depending on experience

Pay & Schedule

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 annually, depending on experience
• Shift: 8am-7pm M-F
• 8hr shifts with possible OT
