What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth across the territory, developing strategic account plans and executing to exceed targets.
- Build trusted partnerships with education leaders, and drive innovative solutions that help schools and districts achieve their goals.
- Operate with autonomy, deliver tailored presentations and demos that align to customer priorities and drive complex buying decisions, own the full sales cycle, and make strategic account decisions in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of sales processes and team best practices.
- Embrace new challenges and contribute to additional initiatives as needed to drive team and organizational success.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles—bonus if it’s in EdTech or Education.
- A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals.
- Strategic thinking ability to connect customer needs with organizational value.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- High proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools.
- Learns with curiosity, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
Additional Information
- Total OTE is approximately $200,000.
- The pay range for this role is $90,000—$100,000 USD. The organization is committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
