About the role
The Partnership Manager will own and grow the affiliate and partnership channel from the ground up. They will source new partners, close deals, and nurture existing relationships. The role reports directly to the CEO with support from virtual assistants for operational and technical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Source new affiliate and JV partners through outbound—email, DM, event follow-ups, and mastermind network activation
- Close new affiliate and partnership deals, negotiating terms and activating partners into the program
- Nurture and grow existing partner relationships—keep affiliates active, engaged, and returning for future promos
- Coordinate reciprocal webinars and joint promotions with existing and new partners (the CEO currently runs 2/month and doesn't want more past this, so you'll get creative with reciprocal promotional angles)
- Review incoming offer/partnership requests and vet them against audience fit
- Direct oversight of affiliate tracking and payout coordination—ideally directing the setup of a streamlined system like Everflow to manage affiliate tracking
- Report regularly on partner pipeline, active affiliates, revenue driven, and partnership performance
Qualifications
- Proven affiliate or partnership sales track record—has personally driven meaningful revenue through outbound recruitment (not just inbound relationship management)
- Existing book of business in offer-owner, coaching, info-product, biz-opp, or creator affiliate space—partners you can activate quickly
- Relationship focused—able to develop key relationships with potential partners and nurture existing partner relationships for long-term revenue
- Hunter and closer—comfortable on cold outreach, following up, and closing four- to five-figure partnership deals
- Motivated and reachable—willing to jump on time-sensitive launch needs when it counts, not clocked out at 5:01 PST
- Ideal experience with JV Zoo, ClickBank, and running affiliate webinars end-to-end
- Organized enough to bring structure to our existing setup without needing full documentation to move forward
- Direct communicator—comfortable saying what needs to be said to partners, internal team, and leadership
Bonus (not required)
- If you have hands-on funnel/tech skills—cloning ClickFunnels/GHL pages, connecting payment processors, triggering existing email automations—that's a plus. Otherwise our VA’s can handle the tech setup so you can stay focused on relationships and revenue.
