About the role
The Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving customer success for our partner ecosystem in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, and Austin, Texas. This role involves managing and enhancing relationships with key partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with key partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive partner growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address partner needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners to help them achieve their goals.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform partner strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably within an accounting or audit context.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
