About the role

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving customer success through strategic partner implementations. This role requires strong communication skills, partnership building abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting and/or audit industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and address their needs and challenges
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to partners
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to partners
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with partners to assess performance and set goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably within the accounting or audit industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Experience with CRM tools and project management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
