About the role
The Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving customer success through strategic partner implementations. This role requires strong communication skills, partnership building abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting and/or audit industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and drive business growth
- Collaborate with partners to identify and address their needs and challenges
- Manage and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to partners
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to partners
- Conduct quarterly reviews with partners to assess performance and set goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably within the accounting or audit industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
