About the role
The Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving customer success for our partner network in the Accounting and Audit verticals. This role involves managing relationships with key partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow partnerships with key clients in the Accounting and Audit sectors
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Facilitate regular check-ins with partners to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in an accounting or audit context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
