- Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners, agencies, consultancies, system integrators, or other strategic partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, build compelling joint value propositions, and translate partner relationships into business outcomes.
- A data-driven approach to partner management, including experience establishing KPIs, measuring partner performance, forecasting pipeline, and using insights to prioritize resources.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage AI and modern, data-centric tools to solve complex problems and drive independent execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of "Winning Together" by building trust and aligning diverse perspectives across Sales, Legal, and Executive teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, focused on "Communicating Transparently" to inspire stakeholders and foster an inclusive environment that values diverse backgrounds.
