About the role
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced attorney partner with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Orange County, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Handling employment matters including single-plaintiff (FEHA/wage & hour claims)
- Handling employment matters including class action (wage & hour/PAGA claims)
- Counseling and advising clients on employment-related issues
- Advising and counseling matters related to employment law
Requirements
- Significant experience in Labor & Employment Litigation
- Experience handling single-plaintiff and class action employment matters
- Strong counseling and advisory skills in employment law
- Portable book of business is not required but always welcomed
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the California Bar
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Proficiency in legal research and writing

Pay
- Salary Range: $215,000 to $265,000
