About the role

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced attorney partner with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Orange County, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Handling employment matters including single-plaintiff (FEHA/wage & hour claims)
• Handling employment matters including class action (wage & hour/PAGA claims)
• Counseling and advising clients on employment-related issues
• Advising and counseling matters related to employment law

Requirements

• Significant experience in Labor & Employment Litigation
• Experience handling single-plaintiff and class action employment matters
• Strong counseling and advisory skills in employment law
• Portable book of business is not required but always welcomed

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the California Bar
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Proficiency in legal research and writing

Pay

• Salary Range: $215,000 to $265,000
