Job Summary
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced partner attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Downtown Los Angeles office.
About the Role
This Partner will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage & hour class litigation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of individual FEHA cases and counseling employers on compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of individual FEHA cases
- Counsel employers on compliance
- Work on complex and sophisticated legal matters
- Direct client interaction
- Significant responsibility
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Labor & Employment Litigation
- Experience handling individual FEHA cases
- Counseling employers on compliance
- Licensed to practice in CA
- Portable book of business is not required, but welcomed
