O'Hagan Meyer is a civil defense firm with 400 attorneys across 26 offices nationwide. The firm represents a diverse range of clients in labor & employment, wage & hour, ERISA, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, professional liability, products liability, sports law, cybersecurity, and other practice areas. The Denver office seeks an experienced attorney partner to lead complex labor & employment matters in a collaborative environment.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience handling wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. A portable book of business is welcomed but not required. This position offers direct client interaction, significant responsibility on sophisticated matters, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the firm’s practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex labor & employment litigation, including wage & hour class actions and single-plaintiff cases
- Provide preventative counseling to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the firm’s labor & employment practice
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of labor & employment litigation experience
- Experience with wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and counseling
- Active membership in the Colorado bar or eligibility for admission

Pay
$200,000 to $250,000 per year
