Labor & Employment Partner
Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to help grow our expanding North Carolina offices.
About the Role
The candidate must be a senior level attorney with a minimum of seven (7) years of employment litigation and counseling experience. A book of a minimum of $400k in portable L&E business is required.

Location
This position is located in any of our North Carolina offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington). The firm has contemporary office spaces ideal for concentration and collaboration, with additional offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, Utah, Colorado, Texas, California, Nebraska, and Washington D.C.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- A minimum of seven years’ labor & employment experience
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
