Partner Business Development Representative

About the role

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Partner Business Development Representative to support our client's team. The role is a contract position with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee.

Responsibilities

• Run outreach and follow-up sequences to systems integrators
• Own SI conversations around program tiers, incentives, and onboarding
• Triage deal registrations and maintain Salesforce hygiene
• Serve as point of continuity for named partner contacts; hand off strategic conversations to internal owners
• Document workflows and help build the operational playbook

Requirements

• Have BDR/SDR or partner/channel experience (SIs, resellers, or similar)
• Communicate clearly and can adjust tone for different partner audiences
• Be reliable with CRM hygiene and data details
• Exercise good judgment on escalations
• Ramp quickly and work independently in ambiguous environments

Qualifications

• Experience inside a partner/channel program
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Background in playbook-building

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• CRM proficiency
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $110-$110 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm
