The Opportunity
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on qualifying and scheduling inbound leads, helping drive prospects to events and webinars, and conducting follow-ups with limited outbound outreach to Ideal Client Profiles (ICP).
Qualifications
- A desire to learn and contribute to pipeline generation through successful inbound qualification and follow-up.
- A professional presence with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and customers.
- A highly motivated, resourceful individual comfortable with a passion for building, iterating, and winning.
- An adherence to the highest ethical standards and conduct, honoring commitments, and treating people with kindness, compassion, trust, and respect.
- A bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of previous B2B SaaS Sales Experience.
- A strong business acumen.
- Comfortable speaking to potential and current customers over the phone and video, including demoing solutions through remote software.
- The ability to identify and qualify sales leads based on qualification criteria.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passionate, motivated, and hungry attitude to succeed.
- Prior knowledge of the Learning Technology space is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar is a plus.
