About the role
This is a fully remote Setter /BDR role focused exclusively on qualifying alliance and channel partner leads and booking appointments for Program Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Work alliance and channel partner leads generated through strategic partnerships
- Contact business owners and decision-makers to qualify interest and business fit
- Book qualified appointments for Program Specialists and senior sales executives
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and activity updates inside HubSpot
- Coincide closely with closers to maximize appointment quality and show rates
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of BDR, setter, appointment-setting, or sales development experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
Pay
Base Compensation: $6,000 per month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000+ first year
Uncapped earning potential
