We are a growing full-service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently searching for a Partner Attorney with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions to join our team.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the NY Bar and licensed to practice
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area
• Portable book of business is a plus but not required

Pay

$275,000 - $500,000 per year
