Corporate M&A Attorney (Partner)

The firm is seeking a Corporate Partner with approximately 7+ years of transactional experience, including significant responsibility on mergers and acquisitions, private company transactions, and general corporate counseling. Requirements
- Significant experience leading or managing sophisticated M&A transactions, particularly private company transactions and/or private equity-related deals.
- Strong background advising middle-market clients on corporate governance, commercial agreements, ownership arrangements, and general business matters.
- Experience with private securities offerings, joint ventures, investment fund formation, or alternative practice structures is helpful but not required.

Compensation
The expected annual compensation range for this position starts at approximately $360,000 depending on experience. The firm also offers a competitive benefits package and eligibility for performance-based compensation.
