Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization’s culture.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
- Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
