About the Role
The Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) assists the Resident Services Director in implementing, coordinating, and delivering resident care services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Resident Services staff, including CNAs
- Oversee medication programs and assist residents with self-administration
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians
- Report significant incidents or changes in residents' needs
- Assist with resident assessments, service plans, and clinical recertifications
- Support hiring, training, and performance management of staff
- Participate in staff orientation, training, and meetings
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and coaching Resident Services Assistants
- Support residents and families to ensure high satisfaction
- Supervise care provision during shifts
Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification
- Passion and experience working with seniors

Pay
$38 per hour plus overnight stipend.
Schedule
Part-time evenings with weekend availability.
