About the Role
Support Resident Care Services in a senior living community by supervising staff, managing medications, conducting assessments, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Resident Services staff, including CNAs.
- Assist with medication management and resident assessments.
- Report significant incidents and changes in resident needs.
- Assist with clinical assessments, service plans, and compliance with state requirements.
- Support hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of staff.
- Participate in scheduling, staffing, and resident/family support to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist during provision of care and supervise staff as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts.
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
- Passion for working with seniors.
