About the role
Red Oak Hospice and Palliative Care is hiring for a Part-Time CHHA position, every other weekend on Saturdays and Sundays for 16 hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to patients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Ensure patient comfort and safety
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a CHHA preferred
- Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide license required
- Valid NJ driver license and car insurance required, travel is a must
- Pass all background checks
- Hospice experience preferred but not required
