Part Time - Weekend Brunch Server at Five Steakhouse

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up and cleans station before, during and after shift
• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Makes sure food is properly prepared and presented
• Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Absorbs and follows all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations
• Knows and serves all menu items and their preparation procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School education, post-high school education preferred
• One (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

• Operates available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
