Part Time - Server/Bartender at Five Steakhouse
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up and cleans station before, during and after shift
- Takes accurate food orders from guests
- Maintains cleanliness of station
- Monitors food distribution and presentation
- Checks for proper set-up and cleanliness of station
- Absorbs and follows all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations
- Knows and can prepare all menu items
- Totals checks and accepts payment
- Assists with bussing tables
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School education minimum
- One (1) year minimum in hotel/restaurant serving role preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal communication
- Exceeds guest and team member expectations
- Operates available equipment
- Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds
- Flexible working hours and shifts
