Responsibilities

  • Engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, minimize risk, and defend against fraud.
  • Refer product solutions and escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
  • Leverage digital tools to educate customers on self-service options.
  • Absorb and support nearby branch locations based on business necessity.

Qualifications

  • 6+ Months Cash Handling experience
  • 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement
  • Energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency and basic math skills
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings

Preferred Experience

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Office products
