Responsibilities
- Engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, minimize risk, and defend against fraud.
- Refer product solutions and escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
- Leverage digital tools to educate customers on self-service options.
- Absorb and support nearby branch locations based on business necessity.
Qualifications
- 6+ Months Cash Handling experience
- 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement
- Energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and basic math skills
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
Preferred Experience
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
- Preferable experience in Microsoft Office products
