About the role

As a part-time teacher, you’ll advocate for students, differentiate instruction, and foster growth through small-group or 1:1 settings. This role is ideal for educators who want to focus on teaching without administrative burdens, whether you’re new, experienced, or returning to the profession.

Responsibilities

• Customize and deliver lessons using data to meet individual student needs.
• Engage students by fostering ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
• Participate in professional development, coaching, and feedback opportunities.
• Maintain accurate student and academic records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid teaching license in Connecticut.
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record-keeping and communication.
