About the role

As a Part-Time Teacher, you’ll advocate for students, differentiate instruction, and foster growth through engaging, data-driven lessons. This role offers flexible scheduling and small-group or 1:1 instruction, ideal for educators at any career stage—whether new, experienced, or returning to the profession.

Responsibilities

• Customize and deliver lessons using data to meet individual student needs.
• Engage students by fostering ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
• Participate in professional development, coaching, and feedback opportunities.
• Maintain accurate student and academic records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Connecticut teaching license.
