Part Time Teacher

About the role

This unique position involves working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to child and adolescent school-age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans
• Provide individualized assistance to students
• Regularly communicate about student progress as needed
• Maintain accurate attendance and session reports
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success

Qualifications

• B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Active Ohio Teaching License required, Substitute License not considered
• Comfortable working with K-12 students
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
• Reliable Transportation
