Part-Time Support Professional

About the role

As a Day Support Professional, you will provide direct services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Your responsibilities include delivering Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation Services in community and center-based settings, ensuring a safe, structured environment that promotes person-centered and community-integrated experiences, including outings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in daily activities and vocational programs
• Provide transportation and support during community outings
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Collaborate with team members and engage with consumers effectively

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently, relate to diverse populations, and make decisions independently
• Flexibility, integrity, and effective interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Two years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities

Schedule

The role may include occasional evenings and weekends, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
