Responsibilities
- Provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with personal care, bedtime and morning routines
- Administer medication as directed
- Monitor safety throughout the overnight shift
- Document care provided and any incidents or observations
- Support individualized goals and promote independence
- Respond to overnight needs in community-based homes
