Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on support with kindness and respect
• Assisting with personal care such as dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and bathing
• Following individualized care plans and documenting progress
• Administering medications per policy
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Using approved behavior support techniques
• Encouraging community engagement and participation
• Supporting roles may involve travel between residential and day programs

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in disability services preferred but not required (training provided)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record or minimal points
