Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests
- Inform guests of daily specials and make menu recommendations
- Answer questions about food and beverages
- Take and enter orders via POS system
- Deliver orders promptly
- Maintain clean service areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction
- Participate in upselling initiatives
- Prepare and present bills
- Assist fellow staff members
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Clear English communication skills (Spanish helpful)
- Computer literacy
- Basic knowledge of dining service procedures
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to safely lift trays weighing up to 25 pounds
