Part Time - Server

About the role

This role involves preparing and setting up the dining area and trays for meal service while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and residents' dietary needs. You will assist cooks and supervisors with food preparation and service following specific procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meal carts, set up, and clean dining areas for residents.
• Record refrigerator temperatures, maintain sanitation, and stock supplies as needed.
• Wash and store dishes, ensuring proper kitchen sanitation and maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of Federal, State, and Community rules, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including those related to health, safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Participate in department meetings and complete mandatory training and certifications.

Schedule

This hourly position requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of food service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic food preparation knowledge and sanitation practices.
