About the role
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a dynamic entertainment setting. Key duties include greeting guests, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. They must demonstrate strong communication skills, expertise in menu offerings, and a professional demeanor to enhance guest satisfaction. The role also involves handling transactions, collaborating effectively with team members, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 21 or older
- Minimum one year of serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment
Fast-paced, guest-facing environment requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is necessary to support operations.
