Part Time - Server

About the Role

The Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction through warm welcomes, memorable moments, and courteous farewells. They support seamless dining experiences by following service standards, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take and execute orders promptly.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings.
• Handle guest concerns with effective recovery techniques.
• Manage daily duties and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support team operations and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous service experience preferred.
• Certifications in Food Handling and Alcohol Service are required.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Physical & Equipment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work in various environments (e.g., hot, cold, or fast-paced settings).
• Familiarity with trays, POS systems, and bar tools.
