Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality dining experience by managing tables, taking orders, making recommendations, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.
- Ensure efficient service and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to maintain operational flow.
- Support clubhouse duties such as restocking and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with liquor regulations by checking IDs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1+ years in upscale casual, fine dining, luxury hotel, or private club serving experience.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, and carry trays.
- Friendly, attentive, professional demeanor.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Flexible to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
