Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate home-based care support during after-hours

Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in home health, hospice, or similar settings preferred
- Comfort with managing complex medical cases
