Responsibilities
- Overseeing patient throughput
- Promoting quality patient care, safety, and financial efficiency
- Intervening with high-risk or complex psychosocial cases as needed
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current licensure
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- Preferred: 2-3 years experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Preferred: Knowledge of Care or Utilization Management
- Preferred: Certifications such as BLS and Case Management
Skills
