About the role

Restaurant cashiers deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment by taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food preparation. They maintain a clean work area, follow food safety protocols, and may cross-train in other departments such as store cashier, kitchen, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service, answer menu questions, and handle customer needs.
• Balance cash register and upsell products.
• Prepare customer orders accurately at various kitchen stations.
• Ensure food safety standards are met to deliver fresh, safe products.
• Assist in other departments as needed and handle physical tasks like lifting 25+ pounds and working in different temperatures.

• Ability to work efficiently, follow safety procedures, and adapt to different roles.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as required.
