Part Time Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide telemedicine mental health care for a diverse client population, primarily adults and adolescents with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnose conditions
• Prescribe medications and create care plans
• Collaborate with clients and staff
• Adhere to clinical guidelines
• Complete necessary documentation and assessments
• Perform telemedicine evaluations and medication management
• Develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with the care team

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority
• At least 1 year of psychiatric practice experience
• Licensure in the practicing state

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with EMR systems (a plus)

Schedule

Part-time availability: 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
