About the role
Seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide telemedicine mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients age 14 and older.
- Prescribe medications and develop collaborative care plans.
- Complete necessary documentation and assessments following clinical guidelines.
- Consult with regional directors and staff regarding client care and services.
Requirements
- Part-time availability (15-20 hours per week).
- Ability to provide safe, effective telehealth services and collaborate with clients.
- Commitment to adhering to clinical standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with active state licensure and prescriptive authority.
- Minimum of one year psychiatric practice experience; three years overall nursing experience preferred.
Skills
- Understanding of EMR systems such as AdvancedMD is a plus.
- Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and above and participate in in-house ADHD training.
