Part-Time Registered Nurse - PACU

Role Overview

Provides leadership in delivering professional nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being. Utilizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to delegate, supervise, document care, and educate patients and families. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safe, high-quality patient care
• Document and supervise nursing activities
• Implement treatment plans
• Support patient education

Qualifications

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN/advanced degree program with a goal to obtain within 5 years; exemptions available for experienced RNs
• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license may apply, must be obtained within 30 days
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience
