Part-Time Registered Nurse - Home Health

About the Role

The Registered Nurse in Home Health delivers and coordinates nursing care in patients' homes, following physician prescriptions and compliance standards. They collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and update patient care plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and ensure quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and teams
• Provide high-quality care, supervise home health aides and LPNs, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Accurately document patient interactions and coordinate care communication
• Participate in staff training, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, ongoing learning, and adaptability in home environments

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure in the practicing state
• Reliable transportation and current driver's license

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ years clinical experience and CPR certification
