Part-Time Recruiter

Position: Part-Time Recruiter Location: Ohio (Remote) Pay: $35 to $40/hour Type: Part-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 to 25 hours per week (non-exempt) Greene Resources is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewingCollaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirementsDevelop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talentCoordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teamsProvide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomesConduct initial candidate assessments and interviewsTravel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo) Position Requirements 3+ years of recruiting experienceBachelor’s degree in HR or related fieldPHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to build trust and credibility with clientsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
