About the role
We are seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide mental health care via telemedicine and in‑person assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients aged 14 and older.
- Prescribe medications based on clinical judgment, adhering to practice guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and collaborate on individualized care plans with clients.
- Complete necessary documentation and assessment tools accurately.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and consult with regional staff on client care and programs.
Qualifications
- Active licensure and board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Master’s degree in Nursing with prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
- At least one year of psychiatry experience; three years preferred.
- Understanding of EMR systems like AdvancedMD is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in training on ADHD treatment standards and approaches.
